FACT Zimbabwe assumed the administrative role of the Orphans and Vulnerable Children Management Information Systems (OVC-MIS) from Data. FI as part of the localisation drive by the United States Agency for International Development at an event held on Thursday 28 September 2023 in Harare, Zimbabwe.
The OVC MIS sets out to create and map a harmonized electronic system for reporting ultimately improving data-informed efficiency, timeliness and impact.
For the next four years, FACT Zimbabwe will coordinate the OVC-MIS_SI Technical Working Group (TWG), coordinate monthly data reviews with partners to monitor data quality & system performance, address issues that may arise and ensure that data is consistently interpreted and reported.
